You are how change happens.

Gathering public input is essential to create lasting change. We need input on the Clinton-Kirkland Strategic Investment Plan from those who know the city best: YOU. Opportunities to engage in the DRI planning process will be posted on this page, including open houses, surveys, meetings, and presentations. Your feedback will help us shape the future of Clinton and Kirkland in feasible, sustainable ways. Activities will be conducted at various locations around the community, employing innovative public outreach strategies to engage the full array of community stakeholders as outlined in the Public Engagement Strategy.
